The Z 2 G belongs to the first generation of motorcycles produced by Zündapp. Zündapp sold its first motorcycles in 1921. Our Z 2 G is the successor to the Z22 and was produced until 1924. Weighing 73 kg and fitted with a 2-speed gearbox, it could reach 57 km/h. Our Zündapp was restored more than 30 years ago. An article about this Zündapp, written by Patrik Bock, appeared in a 1993 issue of Playboy. Following this, the Z 2 G was part of a permanent exhibition.
